*NOT RECOMMENDED Make up artist* IG : Glam by Pride / TikTok : PrideSegale I feel it’s important to share my honest experience with Pride’s service on my wedding day. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and created unnecessary stress on what should have been one of the most special days of my life. Communication leading up to the wedding was delayed and inconsistent. On the day, the agreed inspiration and direction were not followed, and the overall execution felt rushed. Apart from 1 girl, the other girls did not look like themselves, which was very disappointing. The biggest concern was my mom’s makeup. When we raised concerns and asked for it to be corrected, there did not seem to be a clear plan to resolve the issue. If there was limited experience with mature skin, I would have appreciated honesty upfront so we could have made alternative arrangements. My sister ultimately washed her makeup off because she was not comfortable facing guests looking the way she did. I trusted Pride to contribute to making my wedding day special, but instead I was left stressed and disappointed. Overall, the communication, execution and handling of concerns fell well below the standard I expected and paid for. overnight accommodation was provided, to date I have received no response nor apology.
