Glam and Glitz Bedfordview - disappointed and saddened

The main lady that was there, was very unfriendly in Bedfordview. I had made an appointment. We were a party of 10. First of all she said they can't help 10 and 11year old tall girls. And there was alot of dresses size 28 and on messagner they had told me they can make the flower girls dresses up as we go along. Before we chose dresses she told us to go look at the shop wedding and suits as we might find something better there. And she said they actually cater for matric farewells... And after choosing two dresses and we were ready to pay she told us to go look elsewhere first then come back if we don't find better. A very unpleasant experience. We all 10 bought dresses today elsewhere, so that could've been 10 dress hires or even buys at there store. We left after 20mins there trying to find stuff by ourselves, we felt like we were intruding the place. Not welcome customers.

I had posted the above review to the clothing stores facebook page, it is still there if you want to see the owners response and responses there after. The owner didn't apologize instead she attacked me for tearing down her business. As you can see above that's not what I was doing at all. I would've appreciated an apology and that no one would experience such bad service like that again, we were so excited to get dresses as my wedding had been on hold for three years due to a bad accident that had us in the hospital for the last three years.
