Continuing Debits & No Refunds

Icancelled my Glam 5 membership in July 2015 and even received confirmation from Silke Knopf that my membership has been cancelled and would not be debited again after August 2015.<br> <br> On the 2 Oct 2015 I was debited . I sent countless emails to Silke Knopf, Garth Venter, Deidre Botha, Luche Rossouw and Michelle Harms. I only received a response from Deidre indicating that Silke and Garth are the only ones who handles memberships/accounts.<br> <br> On 1 Nov 2015, I was debited again. I then called Silke who assured me that the refund will be paid on the 6 Nov 2015. On the 6 Nov 2015, she requested me to send a synopsis of what had happend (as if she forgot), which I did. No money was refunded. On the 7 Nov 2015, after many sms' and whatsapp messages (which she ignored at 1st, as I could see when she was online), she finally responded saying the money was paid but would only reflect at midnight or on Mon, 9 Nov 2015. To date, no refund was received. Her cellphone was off and the work number is constantly engaged. I sent sms', whatsapp messages, facebook messages, and called a few times. At 12:15 today (9/11/2015) she said she will check whether the payment was made. No refund was paid yet!
