I actually want to know if this institution is really? I app**** for a loan and was approved. But prior to my 'funds' being transferred to my bank account, they are requesting me to deposit R3000.00 into their account first. I just really want to know if this is a **** or not?

I have app**** for a loan via them and they have requested me to pay R3000.00 before they action the transfer.
I really would prefer to have some form of confirmation before I do anything.
