Withdrawal from my pension fund. ( Living Annuity)

Evers since I had my small retirement funds be dealt with by Sanlam Glacier I have had so many complaints. I read an article on Google the other day, the article said anyone who has pension funds somewhere and they are struggling with their homeloans they can ask for funds in order to either clear their bonds completely or at least use their pension in order to half their homeloans debt which will then lower their monthly installments and avoid this poverty that we are experiencing in our country. They are refusing. I had to retire at the end of 2018 and I was not 65 years old by then. I am now 65 years old. I can't get a job anymore due to my age and the high unemployment rate in our country. I am struggling to meet my other obligations. This could even lead me to have a stroke, this withdrawal would help me clear my Homeloan completely. The worse part of this annuity is that it reduces every year on policy anniversary date, this makes harder for me to survive. You know I though this democracy we are under was going to make our lives better but it is worse than the old regime. It looks like we are not even allowed to have properties. Can the ANC please ask Treasury to restructure their rules. We voted for you I good faith but you keep on letting us down. I am even prepared to give Glacier my Homeloan account number so that they make the transfer straight to my Homeloan instead of paying it into my bank account. I wouldn't have made this request if it was not a need.
