Very disappointed

In 2011, my late husbands financial affairs were wrapped up by his financial advisor, and Glacier paid out some funds due. Fast forward to 2025. I received a phone call from a tracing company, who informed me that I was due a some of money not paid out initially... After forwarding all relevant documents to them , I received a message from the tracing company that my claim had been approved by Glacier and the money would be paid into my account within 12 to 16 weeks!!! Haven't I waited long enough already. How long does it take Glacier to push the button and transfer the funds??? Disgusting service 😒
