Updated Review: Excellent Follow-Up and Service

I initially posted a negative review due to my frustration with the lack of response and technical issues I encountered when trying to submit a 2-pot withdrawal request. However, I want to commend Glacier for the way they handled things afterward.

On the first business day following my complaint, I was contacted and promptly assisted. I was sent the correct forms to complete and, to my surprise, my request was processed and handled within a single day. While receiving the actual funds naturally takes a few days, the service I received after my complaint was nothing short of remarkable.

A special thank you to Sunnette, who went out of her way to ensure that everything was sorted out smoothly. She kept me updated every step of the way and followed through until my request was finalised.
