They look for ways not to pay

Last week wrote a review about this company. They made promises that they will act swiftly towards our claim and process it ASAP but nothing has change the claim has been with them for more than three years. Every time when I call to enquirer they always say “the claim is still with the trustees” I mean for how long?? Best delaying tectics
