****med out of deceased husband's money

My aunt's husband died in 2010. She approached a financial adviser by the name of Keith Van Rensburg to help claim for some money from Sanlam. In turn, he advised her to contact a Mr Keith Loubser from the Midrand Trust Cooperation CK***. She handed in the deceased ID document, Sanlam Glacier documents belonging to the deceased. Of recent, she has heard nothing from Mr Loubser. She has tried calling her but, nothing. She went to Legal Wise. They tried calling him but, no response. She finally went to the court and it was discovered that Sanlam paid out the money to the deceased Trust Account but, she cannot access the money. We need someone to contact us about this issue.
