Sanlam would not budge with my own money

During this time of lockdown, when even the goverment is trying to help people. Sanlam has refused to let me withdraw my money, not theirs from my annunity. we did not forsee this happening but they will not help. When i palced my money with them I did not know that there would be a crisis.
