Sanlam Retirement Annuity.

Hi my ex-husband has a retirement annuity with Sanlam. In the divorce settlement and court order it states it must be paid out to me. But my broker from Sanlam keeps telling me the yearly amount must be paid into his account in November. But he is planning to go overseas as soon as he can and he's not going to leave his bank account open. Hes going to do a tax clearance so he can't leave any bank accounts open in SA. I would like to know what I must do. There's a court order out on this money.
