Sanlam

I'm still not happy with the response I got from Sanlam. I think I'm going to lose the money from this retirement annuity that was given to me by my ex-husband in our divorce settlement. They need a maintenance court order but it can only go to court in November. My ex-husband is leaving the country at the end of August. He's going to close all his accounts as he wants to leave SA with a clean slate. They first want the yearly money to be paid into his account which won't exist anymore so someone else is going to pocket that money if they see it floating around. I'm really very disappointed. This policy was given to me in our divorce settlement and stamped by the court.
