Request for a portion of my Living annuity pension.

I have a huge problem currently, I am not well and my blood pressure has reached a high level due to financial constraints that I am faced with. The bank is about to do a foreclosure on my house. I have other issues like hunger. Currently I am relying upon the Sassa grant and have no other income. I don't sleep at night hence my blood pressure has gone so high. I have had blood pressure issues for the past 30 years and have been controlling them up until now. My hand are swollen, my face is puffy and I am unable to breath because of the stress I am under Yesterday I approached Glacier by Sanlam asking them if I could be granted a certain portion on my Living annuity pension which is with them. They came back to say unfortunate they are unable to honor my request due to the rules and regulations stated by Treasury etc. I do understand thier dilemma, and that they are following the pension fund rules, and it's not thier fault. My blood pressure is so high mainly because of my Homeloan. I am 65 years old and will be 66 in December, at this age how will I cope if my house is taken away? This is definitely not thier fault they are just following the rules. What is the ANC ( as the ruling party) take on this, surely to goodness this can be can they really have a 65 year old loose thier property because of the rules and regulations? Again I am not asking for the full amount, I just need a portion of my pension in order to pay my Homeloan.

Will you kindly reconsider and ask the higher beings to consider my plea.. I will send you proof of payment once I pay, also you can by all means pay the money straight to the bank where my Homeloan is.
