Poor Service ,Lack of communication

I am not sure what is going on there , I have been waiting for my surrender quotation .

Ist i was asked to fill in the documents i did then upon following up i was told that the policy number was incorrect .Then i resent the documents with the correct policy number , I have asked if all is in order but till today i have not received the surrender quotation or atleast a confirmation of everything is in order .

This is very poor service and communication i must say .
