OUTSTANDING RECOGNITION OF TRANSFER (ROT01) SUBMISSION

I received a SARS letter requesting the outstanding recognition of transfer (ROT01) submission on 20 April 2023. On 24 April my financial advisor shared the letter and request through to Glacier. This morning when i called they still haven't submitted it to SARS yet. I am at risk where SARS will see the fund transfer as a withdrawal and not a transfer if they don't submit the ROT01. This will have a very adverse impact on my retirement and i need Glacier to correct/submit this asap.
