Non service from Glacier by Sanlam

I have living annuities with Allan Gray, Stanlib and Glacier. I while ago I start to change my monthly payments by the three companies to a new bank account. Allan Gray was the easiest. Just a phone call and the change was effected. Stanlib was a little more complacated, an email requesting a form, complete the form, return and the change was effected. But Glacier by Sanlam, o dear. Request the form, complete, return and then nothing. Unfortunately I lost my original email. Request a form again, complete, return and true to form again nothing.

This is not the first time that I experience problems with Glacier. Al I knew about Glacier is that you could not complain about the service from Glacier, there is no service. Trust your finances to Glacier to your peril and you will regret it. I do for sure
