My lite fathers retirements funds

My father died last year February he signed that he's retirement must be transferred to glacier that when he was alive so now he is no more but the funds was transfer it's been a year now tying to find out when the funds will be released by glacier they keep telling us that they are waiting for the response from the trustee while they said to us that our father was no long the client because he is no more they will take it as death claim it will not take long but it's year no of stories everytime I call if we where not in desperation we could wait but now my mother is getting sick in and out of hospital because of this.we ask if my father is no longer you client why did you keep the funds not take it back to GPF they said they can't I dnt like how this company is doing to us
