Glazier by Sanlam

I am writing about this company again. My ex husband has a retirement annuity with this company with me as the beneficiary. In our divorce settlement he said I must get the money yearly when it pays out. But they say they can't change it that it pays out to me. He still has his ABSA account open in SA while he has emigrated to Canada 4 months after the divorce. But in the mean time he found out that this money is going to pay out for about 9 years. He changed it that it pays monthly now but without warning me about it. He says he wrote to Glazier to do it monthly after end November. But they done it immediately. It just seems Glazier doesn't care anything about the ex spouse that is supposed to receive the money by court order. They just say they can't change the account number. I just don't understand how they can ignore the court order. He's threatening me not to pay the money that's supposed to come to me.
