Glacier by Sanlam

My ex-husband has a retirement annuity with Glacier by Sanlam. We divorced last year May and he left SA the first week in September to Canada. The week before he left he signed a contract that states he will transfer the money into my account every year when it pays out. In July he started saying that big can't access the ABSA banking App he's not going to transfer the money. He's now threatening that he's not going to transfer it. I don't have any contact with him anymore as he is still as abusive as ever even in his emails. I can't get any information about the policy from his financial advisor Charles Malherbe. My ex used to send me the statement but since he's still so nasty I blocked his email. Sanlam is the only company that doesn't allow a third party's name on the policy. My lawyer also said it was the first time she saw this. I can see I'm going to struggle to get this money out of him all because of Sanlam's policy. When Charles took the policy over it was changed to his name. What if something happens to Charles, who's going to pocket that money? I want to be either added on the emails that is sent to Mr JAD Ferreira or the information must be sent straight to me.
