I've written a review a few times now and the problem is still not resolved. Sanlam is not complying to a court order that my ex- husband's retirement annuity must be paid out to me. They say it's supposed to pay to him and he can transfer it to me. I must be liable for the tax on that money. He's leaving the country soon and then I'll lose that money. It will stay at Sanlam. They want me to sue him for the money but its stated in the divorce order that it must be paid out to me. Are they above the law that they can't do anything about it?
