Extremely Disappointed with Glacier by Sanlam – A Nightmare for Beneficiaries

Our father held a policy with Glacier by Sanlam, and after his passing last year, we were met with an overwhelming list of requirements just to process the claim. Despite submitting everything they asked for over several months, they still haven't paid out the trust. Now, they've introduced yet another unreasonable request that could delay the process for another six months.

Managing our father's affairs has been financially and emotionally draining, and Glacier's constant demands have only added to our distress. It's clear they're more interested in finding reasons not to pay than in honoring their commitments.
