Duh

Glacier now seems to deny that I sent a written request asking to amend my banking details. They rather wish to focus on other personal details I could update via their website. It is - once again - this level of service that makes one consider moving your investments to a fund manager who actually cares about clients.

Despite several so-called responses from Glacier, my simple inquiry (documents required to change my banking details) remains unresolved and a further e-mail today from Glacier confirming a service request (which, however, is not specified) states that the estimated date of completion is 16 March 2023. This matter has now progressed from unprofessional to ludicrous. It will be quicker to move my investments to another fund manager. I also have to question why Glacier is very quick to respond to post on here, but seem rather unwilling to action any direct e-mails sent to them?
