Death claim

My father passed away in february on the 9th last year his many was transferred from GEPF to glacier on the 1st of August last year, we were told to submit documents which we did submit then they said we must wait for the decision of the trustees it's been a long wait if it's not 4mnths now waiting I dnt know how many months I've lost count We have been trying to call and get feedback but it's always the same answer the trustees have not yet made a decision, at first they said our father was not their client I then asked why did they keep his money if he was their clients I did not receive an answer Second time we called they said they will treat it as a death claim, I then asked how long does a death claim take they said not long but we have been waiting and keep delaying this process and giving us dates for us to call for feedback knowing very well that even on that date the will be no feedback as a person whose taking care of her family it's really frustrating me
