Best delaying tactics company white collar crime

We laid a claim back in 2018 we’ve called them a thousand times, they can take up to six months just for a missing document, they say our claim is with their trustees for more than six months now from last year, they are the best when it comes to delaying tectics they REALLY don’t cause about us Black People we are on our own
