Unprofessional service

Absolute pathetic service! Agent messed up my account because they don't know how accounting works, I moved out of my place at the end of Sep and still waiting for my full deposit to be paid back. Instead of fixing their mistake they are trying to find a way to withhold the outstanding amount! I want this matter resolved by the 9th of Nov 2018 or I will take matters further!
