I have had the worse experience with GK Letting "Kayla Kerwan" from before I moving in, while living at 16 Plaisance Buhrein Estate and evens now after moving out. A month before I moved in I was pressured to pay deposit and 1st month's rent to secure the flat. I then mentioned to them to please sort out the mould all over in the bathroom before I move in which again I state a month before I must move in. The day I got the keys to move in absolutely nothing was done to the bathroom as requested and the whole flat was filthy. I was happy to clean up the place myself which I did but just needed them to clean the bathroom. I requested, begging, pleading continuously for months to have this issue sorted. 11 months to a year finally something was done about the bathroom. Then there was a leak by the geyser that is positioned in the 1 bedroom's cupboard where my mother stayed in which caused the walls to mould the carpet was soaking wet. I raised the issue with GK letting 3 days later they got people out to attend to the geyser and then they said they need the walls and carpet to dry first before they can attend to that. 2/3 weeks my mother had to sleep in that room with mould and soaking wet carpets, that's what they feel for their tenants yes. I am now out of the flat thank GOD and now I have continuous issues with getting my deposit back regarding the carpet that needs to be replaced because of an iron burn mark. As discussed with the maintenance people that did the job and agreed that the carpet to be replaced when we move out, now again more excuses ontop of more excuses from GK letting "Kayla Kerwan"

Kayla Kerwan the agent stated that the Landlord of 16 Plaisance Buhrein Estate will not replace the carpet at the time of the issue because the insurance declined to pay for it, so my mother had to suffer 2/3 weeks in that wet mouldy room.
