GK Properties - Fly by Night

GK Properties managed my property. They never informed me when the tenant was late with payment or did not pay resulting in financial penalties. GK Properties has not refunded my deposit despite various requests. An inspection was not done on the property. They did not assist in recovering rental from the tenant or getting the tenant to vacate the property, this resulted in having to get an attorney to deal with the tenant. I was informed that the property was empty when to my surprise the tenant had left most of her belongings behind. When asked to furnish us with documentation and the deposit they simply rep**** that they do not wish to respond at this point in time. <br> <br> Often their billing was incorrect and I was underpaid. I would have to double check everything and spend my time to get the money that was due to me. <br> <br> They were quick to bill me a monthly fee but when required to manage the property they simply ignored the issue to be dealt with.
