Worst service ever experienced.

I would never recommend anyone to purchase any jewellery from this store. I have been disappointed more than 3 times already. The first time was when my 9ct nose ring broke as soon as I reached home, in the box without even opening it. When I called the store they were happy to exchange it but only had one of that type. Surprisingly when someone else visited the store they noticed the exact same item back on the shelf ( in house repairs are done to damaged jewellery). The second time I gave them another try and got another nose ring but a hoop. It was infact an earring and not a nose ring. It was too big and exchanges cannot be done on this item if unsatisfied. The third time my husband bought a 18ct gold twisted rope chain. With his hard earned money he saved up and bought this chain with a pendant thinking that he could pass this down as a generational token. To date it has broke in several places all on different parts. It has been for 2 repairs so far from GK and it continues to break. It was returned in worse condition and even has damages on it. The solding marks and melted materials ruined the design on the rope. It cannot be worn any longer as it will break due to links missing in seven places. The consultants say it was a bad choice and they cannot keep repairing it even though we are paying for the repairs. We have paid close to R800 and this last time it was returned unfixed and we had to still pay R300. I would never recommend anyone to this store. They are misleading and dishonest. Each consultant back bites each other passing blame and turning it around on you making a bad choice at the end. The gold that's used is very weak indeed and over priced.
