Worst service ever

I ordered a wig online from GK dreamhair, first they send me the wrong color wig...after a whole story they aggreed to accept the wig back, and offered to make a custom platinum wig. R7000 later the wig arrives..I try it on and notice its making hard bundles on the side, so I take it off..and then I notice the poor workmanship. The stiching was coming lose and it was done horribly untidy. We informed the store, the next day the owner calls me and accuse me of damaging the piece and post on social media that I have issues and that I damaged the piece. Im highly sadneded by this ordeal. And super upset for losing R7000 to a piece I cant wear.
