The epitome of don’t believe what you see on social media

I bought my first wig from the store last year. Was quite excited after having had seen them on Instagram. The wigs don’t seem to be as they post on social media. Long story short is I bought a wig that does seem to have good quality hair on a bad quality frontal lace. The lace is think and uncomfortably visible. Have complained a few times to the them and have gone back twice to please assist until they recommended I buy a new frontal and add more hair to make sort the problem. The worst part is they can see the wig is not nice but don’t want to acknowledge it. It’s like I’m just being difficult as if I bought a wig to deliberately not like it.
