Nonsense service

The worst experience of my life. I paid R6500 for a custom wig and I was told it would take 2.5hrs to complete. I gave them 2 days to complete wig, I arrived at 10:30am to collect and the wig did not fit my head AT ALL! They tried to convince me that it was fine but I refused, they asked for an hr to try an fix however when I came back after an hr all they had done was create baby hairs to try hide that my hair would be showing, the hair was still the exact same and still too small! I sat for another 2hrs and in that time they tried to give me a makeshift wig!! Which I refused I had paid R6500 for quality not makeshift! As I had borrowed someone’s car I had to get that car back to owner but needed that wig that same day, I didn’t have 3hrs to sit. The owner arrived and she said it’s my fault I should have specified I had a big head when I paid for the wig. She said it’s not her problem because they make great wigs. She said I can leave without my money because she doesn’t do refunds and the borrowed car is not her problem!
