Disappointed

Shocking experience today.i am a loyal customer. Booked my hair in 24 hours in advanced for colour and treatment. On collection time stipulated (3-4pm),the hair is wet and not ready. No apology. No reasoning behind delay-shop isn't busy.

In conclusion, there is a hierarchy of who is important for good service here now.

So I won't be returning following this experience
