Bad Hair

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the hair I was sold. When I raised my concerns, instead of addressing the issue, I was repeatedly told that other clients have no problems with their hair.

The fact that other clients may not have experienced an issue does not mean that my complaint is invalid. I paid for good-quality hair and I expect to receive what I paid for.
