Poor Service by GJS Steel by Design

<p>I would like to complain about the recent poor service from the company GJS Steel by Design. In 2010 I constructed in front of our building a large building sign of brick approx. 3 m high which incorporated a laser cut stainless steel sign 2.2 m x 0.6 m with the name of our building and address. The brick structure was knocked down this year by a large bus that crashed through our front garden fence because of brake failure. The company GJS Steel by Design (who in 2010 provided the original stainless sign without any delay or problems) were contacted to provide and fit the replacement stainless steel sign. They were paid in full on the 23 August 2016. After various Emails and telephone calls they said they would come and fit the sign to our new brick structure in October 2016. No one pitched up or any apology made. After further phone calls they said they would come Thursday 3 November. Again no show and no apology. As of today 8th November 2016 I have no idea when they will pitch up and do what they were paid for on the 23 August 2016.</p>
