Worst construction company in the areas of Betlhem andQwaqwa,

This companies owner can make pretty good promises buy doesn't deliver.we paid him 50%of the total amount of 150 to extend our house this was in March till today its October the house is still not done.He always had excuses and we gave him too many chances but he kept disappointing us.and the project is now running at a loss.we have spent x3 the amount we budgeted because the project took so long and some of his workers stole from us ,sold our materials when no one was on site .They say he doesn't pay them so they sell what they can.He is very rude he doesn't have good people skills and he is not a business owner who can control and mange his employees.unfortunayely we arr nit the first project he does this some in Betlhem reportedly he nva finished those projects and he got fired from many projects of building houses.He profiles his customers and takes advantage and when we report to him he doesn't want to sign the contract it's been months,and he doesn't want to take responsibility so he leaves us hanging and comes back to demand the balance of which we have already given him 80% over the months because we understood he had financial problem Now his harrasing us via social media and he doest want to come for a meeting with us to fix his mess and the dates he has cost us.

I would advice that you look for other construction companies in Betlehem and Qwaqwa I would never recommend him.his rude,Irresponsible, unorganized and can not finish what he started.so now unfortunately we had to find another contractor to finish off the house of only 3 bedrooms.
