Borehole drillers

After only 3 years my borehole filled up with sand. When i contacted the company, i left many messages and phone calls and emails i finally get a response. On explaining my position, they "remsmbered" they had put pvc pipe, then when i said that was not the case, i was there the entire time, only 3 steel lengths were put in. I in fact queried it at the time and was told its enough. He then recalled thats right it was clean and we didnt put pipe. On further query what now, its the only water source we have. Herman sends me a quote for just below 3 times the original cost to clean it and place pvc pipe. So much for after care service. Shocking service. Other bore companys give a guatantee.these guys are now overpriced and coukdnt careless about thdir customers
