Be careful of GJ Drilling

We engaged this company to do drilling on one of our sites. They refused to schedule the work without a deposit. Once the deposit was paid, they were supposed to start work on the Monday. The Sunday before they let us know their drill was broken and as a result, we could not complete our client's project. We have been trying since then to get our deposit back. Kobus, the owner, refuses to take our calls and admits using our deposit for another site. Despite letters of demand and promises to pay, we still have not received payment.
