Poor pathetic service

Good day I have brought my sister in for emergency.. She collapsed at school and lost temporary memory and doesn't no anything or anyone.. Waiting in the emergency ward for over an hour with hardly any patients getting no service while nurses and the only docter I mean 1 doctor in the emergency ward laugh and talk. This is utter bull**** for an emergency ward and especially no help for a minor.. After creating a scene a security gaurds comes down from his post and helps us get assistance from the nurses
