Gizzls appalling service. Avoid if possible.

The products are purportedly good. The service however is atrocious. The distributer lacks any sense of customer service. It's seems that they do not value their reputation.

In my purchase, there was a problem with the payment partner that the company used. Despite me showing her numerous forms of proof of payment, she refused to release the product. It took more than a month for her to acknowledge the payment. After that delay, she refused to deliver the product. Denied any responsibility for the delay (further proof of payment was sent by the payment vendor). Zero courtesy was shown and as a customer i felt like i was being treated a like a ********. My vet also shared reservations about the distributor and my neighbour also advised not to deal with the distributor directly. Unfortunately they currently are the only supplier of these kinds of products for animals. It seems as this is used as justification for treating customers like trash. Absolutely appalling service.
