Gizmos Garden Service-Bad service

Gizmos were contracted to do a garden clean-up at my residence as per their Quote. We paid them R1500

They merely pulled out a couple of bushes at the back of the yard. They failed to clean and remove rubble as per the quote, did not even cut back hedges as per their quote. They also did not turn any beds saying the soil was to hard.

They removed one bakkie load of bushes and then informed us that they have to travel all the way to the Durban dumpsite.

Besides the many conversations and requests to meet they merely state they did the work as quoted. When requested to meet they refused to meet and discuss a solution my grievance.

I have given them ample time to meet with me on site.
