Worst service ever. I have to keep on calling and my emails are ignored!!!

No good. Unprofessional. Bought a RM850W power supply. 3x cables missing, Item was just placed in a box, no bubble wrap, no cable management. Did not bother to clean the unit. Full of dust. Not buying or recommending them to anyone. Item was returned to them 8 December still no refund after sending emails and making phone calls. Waiting......
