CONVEYANCING

Gittins, youngman and associates have hounded me to pay transfer and registration costs for conveyancing PRIOR to transfer and registration. Although all payments have been made, it seems as if the process is being stalled with "lodging, withdrawing, and re-lodging". Furthermore, they have not declared the interest attained from funds held in trust neither have they debited these funds to my bank account. Is this ethical practice?
