Poor service

Last feedback received on my uncontested, no children, ANC divorce proceeding, started in July 2020 was on the 04 December 2020. To date, divorce has not been finalized and the feedback from Githiri Correia Christie Inc is something to desire (poor feedback).

On the 23 October 2020, I requested a statement of my account, no statement received. Another request sent for the statement on the 02 November 2020, no statement received. Requested the statement of my account again on the 11 November 2020, no statement received.

An email was sent on the 12 January 2021 to Natasha, Kim and Bianca, again requesting my statement, to date nothing was been received.

On the 15 January 2021- I sent a follow up whatsApp message to Natasha, message was read and no response.

Almost 8 months later, my account was paid in advance, I was always in a credit from when the proceeding started and this matter has not been resolved. No statement of my account, no feedback on the progress of the divorce.

Service was paid for however the feedback and assistance is rather poor.
