Unreliable

After accepting the quote, I informed them that I'd be moving on either the 28th Feb or the 1st March , which I would confirm closed to the time. I then followed up with a mail asking if they'd like to come through to the house to confirm if the quote was in line with what needed moving, to which I received no response. I followed up a week prior to my moving date (21st Feb) whether everything was on tract and confirmed the move would be on the 1st, and I was told that they were fully booked ! I am now left looking for a moving company last minute.
