While the team showed up on time, the level of service declined from there. A number of the furniture pieces now have gashes in them. Almost every door in the house have dent marks where said furniture was bashed through. They showed up with no tool box so were unable to disassemble beds, despite having included them request form. On the delivery side, appliances were not reconnected and the packaging garbage was left in the front hall. While they technically moved my stuff, little effort or care was used during the process. I might as well have hired a dude with a van, instead of a moving company.
