BAD INCOMPLETE SERVICE

Girls On The Move quoted me for a move that included unpacking and making of beds at my destination. I had requested to be moved at 09H00 in the morning and started by asking them to provide me with written confirmation that I could be moved at this time. I spoke to someone called Rebecca three times and each time, she promised she would send me an email. Needless to say, the truck arrived an hour later than 9 O'çlock. The truck was small and couldn't fit all my furniture, despite the fact that I had provided them with an inventory. Their staff were grumpy, complaining to me about the company being short staffed that morning, which is why there was only a few of them, They were lethargic and constantly complained to me about being hung over, as if this was my problem. The move took the whole day,, as they finished at 16H42 and no unpacking was done, nor were the beds made. I wrote to the company the following Monday, suggesting that I get a refund for the service not provided, and complaining about the bad service. I copied three people on my email, and to date, no-one has had the decency to respond to my email.
