Two hours for delivery

I made a delivery order this morning 27/11/15 at 10h30 as I was told that the delivery person is only there from this time. After three phone-calls and two hours, I received my order (which was incorrect after even giving the person taking the order the prices of each item that I ordered), which was not even room temperature, but ice cold. It was dry and tasteless. The till-slip reads that the order was rung up at 12h27 and I received the goods 12h30, to indicate to you how far away my shop is from the Giramundo shop. I feel at 10h30 in the morning and 3 minutes away, I expect my food to reach me within half an hour tops (3 burgers & 1 chips). Business is cut-throat nowadays, fast food needs to be fast or your competitor will be getting all your customers.
