Giramundo rob me from full chicken

at 19:00 on 24 March 2015 I went to Giramundo flame Grilled chicken in Mhluzi mall I order a full chicken flavour must be lemon and herb. I received my order went home only to find out that the chicken was flame grilled black(it was burned) as well the 2 drum sticks on the full chicken was missing, after we removed the burned parts of the chicken their was not enough for 2 adults and 1 child to eat from, to top that the chicken was so dry no lemon and herb sous
