Giramundo cycaid wack service

<p>I complained on the giramundo wapsite about poor service i received from one of their staff who refused to sell me 1 piece chicken which was there on the menu because she says who will buy other 2 pieces i ddnt understand that part because on the menu it was there after that i received a call from a man called roschell whom i believe is the owner of the store he said he will make it up to me by delivering same thing i odered for free even took mu details i am still waiting even today instead i received an sms saying my query was resolved how amd by who i ask myself.these people are just pathetic when it comes to customer service from josephine their store assistant to their boss roschell who is also a ****</p>
