Flame grilled shenanigans!

Last week I bought 1/2 chicken, chips and salad. I paid R89 for it. Today I called to place an order for the same thing. I was told it would take 20 minutes. I arrived at their premises after 1/2 an hour, only to be told that the order was not ready. In addition, they told me the price was now R114! After going back and forth with the manager, and them basically making me out to be a ****, I was handed a receipt for 1/2 chicken, chips and salad for R114.....but I paid R79 ...... eventually, the receipt was taken from me and I was handed 1/2 chicken and a salad and the manager told me that I was confusing the staff!

Someone here is not doing their job properly....or they are badly trained or they are busy with underhanded dealing at the loss of the owner.

When I did request the contact details of the owner, I was told that they don't have them and that the owner does not come in to the shop....

Their chicken and their business is going up in flames!
